Do you ship outside of the US and Canada?

Yes, Hidy will ship all over the world. However, International buyers must contact seller for shipping rates prior to sale completion. International parcels are shipped by Airmail Letter Post or Airmail Parcel Post unless other shipping arrangements are requested.

Do you combine shipping and what are the rates?

Yes, Hidys will combine shipping on most items and will do so for items purchased at any of the stores. However, Buyer must contact Seller for a combined Invoice. The usual combined shipping rates are calculated as follows: the heaviest item plus $1 for each additional item.

What items cannot be included in combined shipping?

Very large merchandise and glass items such as dishes and art glass cannot be combined with other breakable or bulky items.

What are Hidys usual sale terms?

Buyer is responsible for making contact with Seller within 2 days of sale and all items must be paid for within 5 days. Credit cards and eChecks accepted through PayPal and Seller will accept money orders and cashier's checks if received within 7 days of sale closing. Purchase will be shipped within 3 business days or less of payment clearance notification.

What is Hidy's refund policy?

HidyAphrodite's Closet is a resale shop and the usual policy is that all sales are final. However, if there is a problem please contact Seller.
